Donations

Cantabrigian Rowing Club strives to keep membership subscriptions affordable, so that they do not present a barrier to participation. Some of our members, and other supporters of the club, feel able to make additional donations to help with the running of the club or to finance the purchase of specific items of equipment. These donations are extremely gratefully received and make a huge difference to club members.

Cantabrigian Rowing Club is recognised by HMRC as a Community Amateur Sports Club (CASC), which means we are able to claim Gift Aid on donations from donors who are UK tax-payers. Gift Aid increases the value of donations to by allowing us to reclaim basic rate tax on your gift. If you pay higher rate tax you may be able to claim extra relief on your donations. If you claim age-related allowances or tax credits, Gift Aid donations can sometimes increase your entitlement.

If you could like to discuss making a donation, please contact the Club Captain via the Contact page.
