Speed isn't so important as style at Christmas Head, with the fancy dress taking precedent over performance. Nonetheless, Cantabs crews were pleased to come home with the fastest times in 12 events.
The mixed 8+ saw a Cantabs 1-2, with victory going to a Cantabs senior squads composite. In the bigger boats, there were also wins in the 8x+, MasC8+, JW8+ and JM8+.
In smaller boats, Cantabs had the top 3 Women's Champ 4+, 'sceep' (that's 2 sweep, 2 sculling, for the uninitiated!) 4, Mx4x (also beating all M4x), W2- (also beating all M2-), Mx2x, WJ16 4x and Mas1x.
